Wa-Ke Hatchee Park includes two lakes, walking trails, a playground, a dog park, tennis courts, pickleball courts, restroom facilities and a parking lot with an entrance off of Bass Road. The rec center offers sports, a game room, open gym, youth & senior fitness classes and more.
Membership to the center costs $10 per individual or $25 per family for a lifetime membership. Membership entitles general use of the four large Recreation Centers in Lee County including gymnasium activities and use of the "Rec Room". Enrollment in programs and use of the fitness center may have an additional monthly fee. Memberships can be purchased at the Recreation Center during business hours
The fitness center costs an additional $20/month, $80/six months, or $120/year. It features an array of brand-new exercise equipment, including free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent stationary bicycles, and resistance machines.
